A brand-new management team in a 100-year-old company needed to
affect a real turn-around. The company needed to recast itself and
determine how it was going to move forward.
Rheault-Williams brought the senior team together for a three-day
offsite meeting to help them gel as a group and to help them determine
some issues. What was their Value Proposition? In which businesses
did they want to be involved? What were the key levers for change?
The group came together, worked collaboratively to answer these
questions, and established a preliminary change agenda - on which
we worked with them over time to test and refine.
The result was a newly charged management team that was able to
clearly communicate to the entire organization and all stakeholders
a story that had substance, direction and vision. They were able
to galvanize the company as a whole and set an agenda, which the
organization was able to follow for several years.
